Daejeon Observatory
It is Korea’s first public astronomical observatory where anyone can observe different celestial bodies. You can observe the sun on a clear day, and the planets in the solar system, the Earth’s moon, the nebula, and the galaxy at night.
-Exhibition Room: Various exhibitions for visitors to see.
-Main Observation Room: 25 ㎝ super-low dispersion refraction telescope for automatic search and tracking of a celestial body.
-Auxiliary Observation Room: Slides measuring 6.6 m horizontally and 11.7 m vertically.
-Planetarium: Projects the actual constellations at night.
